It's not a bad idea.

But if you're wondering, can I even see anything at night?

No, you really can't. Just a few lights around some buildings. Old Faithful remains in the dark.

But during the day you can watch the park, look for stupid tourists trying to get themselves killed, and see Old Faithful erupt every 90 minutes or so.

Old Faithful, perhaps the most famous geyser in the park, erupts with impressive regularity, shooting boiling water and steam high into the air.

It is a symbol of the dynamic and active nature of the Yellowstone Caldera.

Other notable geysers include Castle Geyser, Grand Geyser, and Steamboat Geyser, which is the tallest active geyser in the world and can erupt water over 300 feet (91 meters) into the sky. (National Park Service).

Just like Old Faithful erupts every 90 minutes or so the ISS travels around the globe in about the same amount of time.

What we need next is a Yellowstone Idiot Cam.

If only we could predict where idiot tourists will strike next.

Or maybe we could put cameras around areas where they usually do stupid things, and watch them get reap the consequences on live video.
