A DUI Mobile Command Center that is normally housed in Cheyenne has been temporarily sent to Rock Springs to help with drunk driving enforcement during the Sweetwater County Fair.

That's according to a post on the Rock Springs Police Department Facebook page.

The command center was purchased in 2014 for about $600,000, using state and federal grant money. It allows police to conduct breathalyzer tests and blood draws from suspects as well as some of the needed paperwork, so officers can get back out on the streets more quickly.

The Sweetwater County Fair continues through Saturday.
