Get Your “WYOMING IS FULL” Sticker
Some people are just fine with Wyoming's population as it is.
The state currently has 587,618 residents.
That's up from 582,328 in 2020 and 564,531 in 2010.
It's slow growth, but the state is growing.
It really doesn't sound like the state is anywhere near full. Not with a population that is lower than the size of most U.S. cities.
For those that don't want to see the state population grow any more, there are plenty of stickers for you to spread, and stick, the word.
WYOMING IS FULL BUT I HEAR COLORADO IS NICE is a sticker you can buy at this link and put on just about anything.
But some people are trying to escape Colorado, so that won't work.
How about, "Wyoming is full but I hear Nebraska is nice."
Maybe, "but I heard Texas is nice."
What if we sing a song about it? It's not a good song but...
On second thought, don't listen to that song. It really sucks.
The only downside to this is that we have to admit that Wyoming is real if we are then going to tell people that we are full.
We can't have it both ways.
Across the nation folks are fleeing from big cities and big states, mostly due to overpopulation, high taxes, and burdensome regulations.
Wyoming has none of those things, so you would think that we would be an attractive state to come to.
In the next few years, our population will increase quite a bit, due to tec and energy jobs locating here.
Who knows, we might top 600,000 residents at some point.
