Natrona County Emergency Management has put out a social media post, stating that if people are experiencing an emergency and are unable to call 9-1-1, they can text their emergency to that same number.
For the Casper Police Department and every other first responder agency, there is the Casper-Natrona County Public Safety Communications Center. They are this town's 'Guy in the Chair,' taking calls, directing traffic and, quite literally, saving lives.

An exhibition on the history of 9/11, as well as the ongoing implications surrounding this event, is currently on display at the University of Wyoming’s Coe Library.
