Sometimes you just need a dose of cute to get you through your day. If that's what you need, then look no further. A new viral video shows why everybody loves both puppies and babies... at least when they're not yours.

Former NBA basketball player, Rex Chapman, posted the cute little video to his official Twitter feed along with the caption:

We don't know how this little one is (or the gender to be honest), but one thing we know for sure is it's enjoying itself. A child's laughter is by far, the best medicine on the planet. It's impossible to be sad around happy babies and cute puppies.
