Have you ever had a deer or an antelope jump out in front of your car and do some major damage?

It happens.

What if that animal hit your rented camper so hard that it wound up inside, and dead?

That just happened here in Wyoming.

I hope the poor creature never felt a thing.

Think you're having a bad day?
Be glad you aren't tourists from Tennessee, who had an antelope dive through their rented camper on South Pass!
(It was running across the road, and the truck pulling the camper was going 70mph, the speed limit). (Sue McCann).

That's quite a hole in that camper.

It went right through the bedroom in the front and must have been at least out cold by the time it stopped sliding, if not dead.

Try to imagine for a moment what it must have felt like for the people in the vehicle towing the camper.

Now they have to explain this to the rental company.

This is why you get extra insurance when renting. You never know.

So, what now?

They will have to find a place to stay, so there goes the camping trip.

On the upside, they will have a great story to tell.

On the downside, their friends will never hear the end of this story.

Whose job will it be to get that animal out of the camper?

What do they do with that body once they have it out?

It does fall into Wyoming road kill rules

Someone can carve it up and eat it if they want.

So many questions.
