Early & Absentee Voting Begins In Wyoming
Early voting for Wyoming's primary elections has begun. All you have to do is head to your local county office and request an absentee ballot. If you show up in person at the county office, you'll vote in the normal way, but then your ballot is put into an envelope, as if it were mailed, and saved to be counted on election day.
If you are actually mailing in your ballot, then you must complete the absentee ballot in the provided envelope with regular postage to your county clerk’s office. (Mail delivery within the county may take up to seven days, and longer if you’re mailing your ballot from outside the county.)
The following is from the Wyoming Secretary of State's office.

Many people vote early out of convenience. If you would like to vote by mail, then follow the instructions at your local county office or follow this link to find out more.
Any registered voter in Wyoming may request an absentee ballot for any or all elections ONLY within the calendar year in which the election is held but not on the day of the election. When requesting an absentee ballot, you must provide the following voter and absentee ballot request information
If for a primary election, the political party ballot you wish to vote. (You must be a registered member of that political party. If you are not, please contact your county clerk on how to update your voter registration information); and a statement that you are eligible to vote in the election(s).
The actual date of the primary election in Wyoming is Tue Aug 18, 2026 - Wyoming Congressional, State and Gubernatorial Primary Election.
