Major New Downtown Casper Restaurant REVEALED!

This was previously the location of a Village Inn in Casper, Wyoming.

It was located on Collins and Durbin and it was a nice restaurant.

Then, one day, it suddenly closed.

Some places like this close, and the buildings sit empty for a long time.

But this is so close to downtown that the location was quickly scooped up.

Work has been ongoing, and we finally have a name.

The new restaurant in this location will be.... (drumroll)

Dickey's BBQ PIT!

That means great indoor dining and takeout too.

Forget what the old restaurant looked like inside.

This is going to be vastly different.

Show of hands: who's salivating already?

You can see by the photo, above, that they have already started painting the outside with what might become some interesting colors and artwork.

There is still a lot of work to do.

The new Casper location is mentioned on the Dickey's website.

The chain already has restaurants in Cheyenne and Gillette, Wyoming.

Sorry, but there is not a single clue as to the opening date.

Their website says that Dickey's has over 500 locations.

Besides their great lunch deals, they lean heavily on catering and large takeout orders for the family at home, parties, or to feed the office.

This also means job opportunities.
