Kel-Tec CNC Industries is expanding its production capacity right here in Wyoming.

That's perfect because what these folks produce some other state are flat out scared of.

There will be a 33,000-square-foot facility in Rock Springs, WY, and a 125,000-square-foot industrial space in Cocoa, FL.

KelTec firearms are researching what they see as the next generation and newest trend-setting firearms.

They will start small, but they hope to build the facility to 250+ employees.

The company produces pistols, rifles, shotguns, and gear.

Some of what they build is really unique. The company likes to think outside the box.

So if you're looking for just a regular style shotgun, for example, sure, they have it.

But why stop there. Let's reimagine the shotgun to make it as effective as possible and let's just say, less clumsy to operate.

This is what the company does. They take a gun that has been the same for many decades, or even our 100 years, and they modernize it with some clever ideas.

Here's an idea, let's take your pistol and make it into something way more effective.

With this new design you and hold it up against your shoulder, use your arms and hands in a way to keep it more steady, and shoot more accurately.

Someone watching your shoot this thing might not believe that you are holding your old pistol, but you are.

Designs like this are what is keeping this company on top, yet at the same time causing them to have to leave some states that are scared of them.

So to the next wave of gun manufacturers, WELCOME TO WYOMING.

You are among several companies that have fled to our great state because, like you, we value the 2nd Amendment, and we just love cool guns.

On that note, here is singer Steve Lee with his hit song, which triggers some people from other states. Pun intended.

Wyoming Has Polish MiGs for Ukraine

Not long after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the was talk of Poland giving Ukraine some of their MiG fighter planes.

Poland is now part of NATO. So they were willing to part with the older Russian planes for newer and more hi-tech Western planes.

For several reasons, the deal fell through. Ukraine will not get the planes.

HEY Ukraine!
If you're still interested, Wyoming has a few old Polish MiGs we would be happy to give you.
