Winter Weather Advisories Issued For Areas Of Southeast Wyoming
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service has issued Winter Weather Advisories for some areas of southeast Wyoming.
That's according to a post on the agency's Facebook page:
Winter Weather Advisories have been issued for Converse and Niobrara Counties late tonight through Wednesday morning. Snow will likely start sometime after midnight and continue through late morning. Between 2 and 4 inches of snowfall are possible. Snow could affect the morning commute, so use caution is traveling!
The agency also posted the following:
Another round of snow is on the way for Wednesday. Light snow is already pushing into Carbon county, and will spread to the east as the night progresses. Expect intermittent snow on Wednesday with cooler temperatures. Highs will be in the upper 20s to mid 30s for most areas. Outside of the mountains, the most snow accumulation is expected across Converse and Niobrara counties, and possibly extending further south and east. Slick conditions and low visibility could impact travel through the day Wednesday, so use caution!
