A little over a year ago California banned travel by state officials to Kentucky over what California saw as discriminatory laws. In some cases, more liberal state and cites have banned official travel to other states over laws they failed to pass but the liberal states thought they should. I was waiting for Wyoming to be put on one of those lists. Clearly we deserve it, but it never happened.

In a recent article, I pointed out that Wyoming, of all states, should be boycotted over a long list of things including our new voter ID law. If Georgia can be boycotted, or "canceled" over its voter ID law then why not Wyoming?

Wyoming has many things worth being canceled for. I just don't understand why it hasn't happened.

We have sanctuary gun counties that will refuse to enforce unconstitutional gun laws and executive orders from the federal government. We have a new gun rights law that the governor just signed. At that time Governor Gordan stated that he will not allow the federal government to violate Wyoming's 2nd amendment rights.

We refuse to pass Medicaid expansion. We won't pass hate crime laws. Our main industries are still coal, gas, oil and cattle. We love our small town cowboy heritage and are proud of it. The UW mascot, Cowboy Joe, is objectionable, so was The World Needs More Cowboys commercial campaign by UW.

But still, nothing. Not a single peep from any of the easily offended across the nation. What does a state have to do to get canceled?

I'm beginning to feel offended by them that they are not offended by us.

Or do they just not know that we are here? This is flyover country after all. Maybe they just did not notice us and so we have gotten away with all of this.

Once again, I am calling on certain people who live in Wyoming, you know who you are, to boycott the state by leaving it. I don't think you have a choice here.

That means all of the big money entertainers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming will have to pack up and move. GEE, sorry to see you go! We will be so sad when the price of everything out there gets back to normal.

There is a long list of lobbyists, lawyers, and politicians in Cheyenne that should start packing. Don't worry, there is plenty of work to be found ruining other states. You'll do great.

Laramie needs to empty out almost completely. That means we won't have much for staff left at The University Of Wyoming. But it must be done, by gosh. Wyoming needs to be taught a lesson! So, get packing. I'm sure we can find professors and administrators who actually like Wyoming laws the way they are.

Hate to see you go, but I don't see that you have a choice here.

Wyoming wind is strong, so be sure to not let the screen door hit you on the way out.

Snow Crushes Wheatland Wyoming Airplane Hangers

This row of hangars goes back many years. Some history was lost under a crush of snow.

March 21st, 2021. A record-breaking snowstorm had shut down most of Wyoming and was not yet done. Below is a gallery of photos as cleanup continues.

One of the small airports in Platte County, Wyoming is Phifer Airfield on Antelope Gap Road, east of Wheatland. Platte County has the Wheatland airport, along with one in Torrington and Guernsey. They were all shut down in the storm.
